You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• PaisaKmao provides a platform for users to explore and apply for various financial products such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
• We also offer a referral program where users can earn by referring others to our Platform.
• The Platform may include educational content, financial calculators, and other tools to assist users in making financial decisions.
You agree not to:
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or infringe other people’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or the servers or networks used to make the Platform available.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through the Platform.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
• The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by K S Business Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use
• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PaisaKmao.
• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
• Users may participate in our referral program subject to the terms and conditions of the program.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K S Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive dam2 ages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K S Business Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
