This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to the use of PaisaKmao’s platform, including our mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
• Third-Party Products: PaisaKmao acts as a platform connecting users with various financial institutions offering products such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and insurance. The refund and cancellation policies for these products are governed by the respective financial institutions.
• Application Fees: Any fees charged by PaisaKmao for processing applications are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the financial institution.
• Cancellation of Applications: Users may cancel their applications for financial products before final approval. However, once approved, cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution.
• Referral Earnings: Earnings generated through our referral program are credited to the user’s account on the Platform. These earnings are not subject to refund or cancellation once credited, except in cases of fraud or violation of our Terms of Service.
• Withdrawal of Earnings: Once a withdrawal request for referral earnings has been initiated and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded to the PaisaKmao account.
• Expiration of Earnings: As per our policy, any earnings not transferred to your bank account or used within 3 months will expire. Expired earnings are not eligible for refund or reinstatement.
• Virtual Currency (GroMo Coins): Purchases of virtual currency or coins within the app are final and non-refundable.
• Premium Features: If PaisaKmao offers any premium features or subscriptions in the future, refund policies for these will be communicated separately at the time of purchase.
• Voluntary Termination: If a user chooses to terminate their PaisaKmao account, any unused earnings or rewards may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
• Involuntary Termination: In cases where PaisaKmao terminates a user’s account due to violation of our Terms of Service, any unused earnings or rewards may be forfeited without refund.
• Service Interruptions:PaisaKmao is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities due to technical issues or service interruptions. No refunds will be provided for such instances.
• App Malfunction:In the rare event that a charge is made due to app malfunction, users should contact our customer support for resolution.
PaisaKmao reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
